Ah, yes, for once a Jihadi does a good deed:

From the photos he looks like he could almost pass for a White boy.

In Muslim-dominated cesspools, homos are hanged, thrown off buildings,
beheaded, and set on fire: http://tinyurl.com/jnwtrmb

And yet the LGBT militant fascists in this country threaten death to

Maybe this latest attack on fudgepackers by the Islamic pigs they adore will
slap them back into reality, but I doubt it.

And of course, the idiot liberals blame guns, the 2nd Amendment, and law
abiding gun owners anytime this shit happens: http://tinyurl.com/je6kzpt

Forget the violent ideology that inflicted 3000 deaths on 9/11 and killed 13

They’ll excuse the fact that it was a cold-blooded terrorist attack in the
name of their religion, as long as they can use the rest of us for a
scapegoat...

Idiot was on the terror watch list, but 53 Republican (and one Democrat)
Senators didn't think that was a good reason to stop arming someone.

The thing is that there are a lot of folks on the watch list that are
not on it for any good reason other than someone's simple suspicion.
It is after all a "watch" list and not a "wanted" list.
This is just an example of and a reminder that there is no perfect and
infallible system of law.
Since there is no requirement for due process in placing an
individual's name on a watch list then such a prohibition of one's 2nd
amendment rights would be unconstitutional.
If we were to make it legal to take an individuals constitutional
right away, regardless of which right, because of suspicion that they
might commit a crime then it would give a democrat administration such
as Obama's to simply add anyone they liked for as shaky a reason as
they want to that list and thus take away that right without any due
process. And when you consider that one can end up on that list for
just posting their opinion about something on Facebook or the like,
that would also give the government a means to effectively control
their freedom of speech as well by being able to hold their right to
bear arms over their head.

The problem here is not that there is no law banning you from buying a
gun for just being on some arbitrary list.
The problem is that those that are responsible for such a list aren't
really "watching" anyone on the list that close.
The majority of folks on such lists are only ever "watched" when they
try to get on a plane at the airport.

If one truly is behaving in a suspicious enough manner to warrant
extra attention from law enforcement then there should be surveillance
on such an individual until they can be determined to be a non
threatening citizen.
But there are thousands of people on such lists that are their simply
because one of their customers, associates or distant relatives may
have a questionable background or because they may have posted
something that was just a tad questionable to social media.

If they could legally prohibit anyone from owning a gun for just being
on such a list then I'd bet a paycheck that the Obama administration
would be placing the entire NRA membership roster on such a list just
for starters.
And that's why you can't keep a citizen from buying a gun just for
being on a list of people that the government thinks might possibly
need "watching".

A strongly constructed argument, yes.
